Here we go! Time for some fun activities! Find a chair/toilet seat and sit on it for 1 minute and relax everything you're doing to hold in your pee. How do you feel?

Now that you've done that, get into a squatting position and relax everything you're doing to hold in your poop for 1 minute. How do you feel?

EXCERSISE TIME!!! get into a plank position, and sit in that position for 30 seconds, and relax everything you're doing to hold your pee. How do you feel?

Do 20 squats! (If you need to stop, stay in the squatting position) Relax everything you're doing to hold in your poop. How do you feel?

Lets get back to work! Go into the plank position again and hold it for 30 more seconds, but this time push as hard as you can like you're peeing every 10 seconds for 4 seconds. Don't do anything to hold it in. How do you feel?

10 more squats, but as you reach the bottom of the squat, push as hard as you can for 3 seconds like you're pooping, and don't do anything to hold it in. how do you feel?

 
 
 
 
 
 

13)

use your hand and massage your bladder area for 2 minutes, and don't do anything to hold in your pee! How do you feel?

 
 
 
 
 
 

14)

Go sit on your toilet, fully clothed, and push like you're pooping as hard as you can until you feel it about to come out and then stop(or a minimum of 20 seconds). how do you feel?

 
 
 
 
 
 

15)

if you've made it this far without doing anything, good job... but i have to make you make a mess atleast a little bit. let out a small stream of pee for 3 seconds.(yes even if you're already a little wet)

Same deal as before, Get back into your squatting position, and push as hard as you can until a little bit of poop comes out.

 
 
 

17)

Time for the impossible challenges... if you're not completely soaked by now good job. Push on your bladder as hard as you can for 45 seconds, don't stop if you've started until the 45 seconds are up. How do you feel

Get into a squatting position, and push until you feel it about to come out, and then push as hard as you can like you need to poop for 45 seconds... How soiled are you?
