For breakfast I eat a bread, at school I eat a cookie or some fruit, for lunch at school I eat 3 breads (not whole breads but parts lol) when I’m back at home i get a brownie or something and for dinner sometimes healthy sometimes not. Sometimes after eating i get a dessert or soup. Everyday i exercise at least 40 minutes, by biking to school. If I keep doing that, what happens?
